The One Video You Must Watch Today

Posted on 30 November 2007 by jeff

Matt Gill & Kevin Wilke If you’re short on time and don’t have time to read this entire post, do yourself a favor (you’ll thank me later) and click on the following blue underlined link:

Why? Here’s the story:

The 2 smiling guys in the picture are Matt Gill and Kevin Wilke. They co-own a little Internet marketing company called NitroMarketing, based in Dallas, Texas - where I live and run my company.

I’m just kidding when I say “little”. They may have started small, but today, their company does $15 million a year in sales. And next year, they’re looking to double that to $30 million. Not too shabby for 2 guys from Dallas who work from home.

Well, about a year ago, I got an email from Kevin, inviting me to Continue Reading

Become a “Millionaire in Training”

Posted on 26 November 2007 by jeff

If you’re not a millionaire yet - but you have the desire to make millions, I think you should start calling yourself a “Millionaire in Training”.

If you’ve watched the hit movie, “The Secret” (a word-of-mouth phenomenon), you know that the “secret” the movie refers to is the “Law of Attraction”.

To really simplify it, the “Law of Attraction” is:

You GET What You THINK ABOUT.

If you think about negative things, you’ll attract negative things into your life.

If you think about positive things, you’ll attract positive things.

Of course, you have to take some actions, too, to get what you want.

But I believe all of our accomplishments in life… our “successes”… can be traced back to an initial thought. That first glimmer in our minds that said, “What if?”

So if you want to become a millionaire, don’t focus on what you don’t have. Don’t focus on your bills or your debt. Of course, don’t ignore them or let them pile up, but don’t fret and worry about them, either.

The more time you spend focusing on your debts and bills, the less time you have to focus on a solution.

Instead, focus your thoughts and energy on figuring out HOW to achieve true financial freedom. Focus your efforts on finding out how to become a millionaire - instead of focusing on why you’re not one yet.

Need some help?

I just launched a new blog a few weeks ago that just might be able to help. It’s called…

Millionaire in Training

You can check it out at:

http://www.millionaireintraining.com

On my new blog, I’m giving away a lot of valuable strategies, techniques, and methods for achieving real financial freedom. So far, I’ve already given away a 20-page PDF newsletter, 2 training videos, and a new PDF report I just wrote. All free.

How to Enjoy Your Journey to Wealth

Posted on 16 November 2007 by jeff

Don’t Put Your Happiness on Hold

If you’ll watch this short 5-minute video, you’ll hear me talk about “enjoying the journey” toward your wealth. Instead of putting your “happiness on hold”, I talk about being happy WHILE you’re getting out of debt and working toward a life of financial freedom.

One of the reasons I bring this up is that for too long, I put my own happiness on hold, until I reached certain financial goals. I had a mountain of credit card debt and bills. I was living in a beat-up mobile home. And I was struggling to get by, working at a series of dead-end jobs.

And I don’t regret any of that, because the pain of living that life gave me the motivation I needed to do whatever it took to get out of that situation - and create a life of financial freedom. What I DO regret is that I waited until I reached certain financial goals - to let myself be happy.

If I had to do it all over again? I’d happily work toward my goals. I would moan about my failures or lack of money. I wouldn’t share my hard-luck stories with others. I’d go back and enjoy the process of getting out of debt and building real wealth.

Because life, I believe, is about the journey. It’s about what we do and who we become in the process. Am I happy today? Absolutely! And I’m extremely happy to be sharing what I’ve learned with others.

But if there’s something I’d change, it would be to go back and really find my happiness where I was at the time. As a good friend of mine says, “You have to grow where you’re planted.” :0)

Anyway, that’s my message for this week. Watch the video - and, if you have a spare moment, leave me a comment. I always appreciate hearing your thoughts about these weekly posts.

Have a great weekend!

Best Wishes,
Jeff :0)

P.S. Oh yeah… one last thing. If you’re interested in getting the free 20-page PDF newsletter I mention on the video, you can grab it by going to http://www.millionaireintraining.com

Too Much “Bull” in This Week’s Post :0)

Posted on 09 November 2007 by jeff

A few days ago, Kit, Josh, and Teri (my loyal team) run into my office… out of breath… and tell me to get up and come downstairs with them. Kit grabs the video camera, Josh grabs our audio gear… and we take off.

We all pile into the elevator and I have no clue what this is about as we descend 46 floors to the ground level. We get out of the elevator… and I’m trying to keep up with them as they push through the doors and out onto the street in downtown Dallas, Texas.

Across the street, I see what all of the excitement is about.

Cows.

Okay, not just “cows”. LONGHORNS!

To promote an upcoming rodeo in Dallas, they’ve brought an entire herd of longhorns and dumped them downtown, in a big pen. Then, after about an hour, they open the gates - and the longhorns take off - and they have a mini-”cattle drive” down the streets of Dallas.

It was very cool to see: These longhorns, clomping down the streets, under the shadows of the huge office buildings, followed by the cowboys on their horses.

Of course, my staff couldn’t just let this opportunity go by - without filming me in front of these cows.

Now, to be honest, I had no idea what to say, having been rushed out of the office on such short notice. And for some reason, standing in front of these cows, all I could think of was bad bovine-related puns.

“You’ll get no bull from me.”

“I won’t steer you wrong.”

“It’s time to get moooo-ving…”

My team kept frowning. Or cracking up, depending on what the cows behind me were doing. Finally, though, we got some good footage for this week’s blog post taken - and they spliced it in with video of the entire longhorn cattle drive.

So enjoy. It’s short, to the point, and a little weird. But hey, we’re having fun! :0)

Have a great weekend!

Best,
Jeff

P.S. If you have any comments about this video, please click the link to leave them below. If you like the longhorn cows in the background, I may be forced to tell my staff “Good Job”. If not, well… tell me that, too.

WealthWorld Weekend - The Millionaire Blueprint

Posted on 02 November 2007 by jeff

How I Went from Being an “Opportunity Seeker” to a “Money Maker”

I received an email from a client recently who wondered why he hadn’t made any money yet. He’d been buying money-making opportunities for years - but was in deeper debt now than before he started looking for a way to make extra income. I thought about how I went from being an “opportunity seeker” to running my own successful business… and think I found an answer. Click the play button to check out what I think separates the “opportunity seeker” from the millionaires.

I hope you enjoy the video post. It’s something new I’m trying. (I’m a bit stuffed up from a cold I’m getting over, so I apologize in advance for sounding a bit nasal.)

Have a great weekend!

Best,
Jeff
